If you're asking about an order

We can't look up orders. Top10Seeds doesn't sell seeds, take payments or ship anything — so we have no record of your purchase, no tracking number and no ability to refund. Contact the store you bought from and they can see your order.

All three stores are run by the same team that publishes this site, and each one has its own support desk:

Rocket Seeds Mary Jane's Garden Sonoma Seeds

What to include so we can actually help

  • For a correctionThe strain name, which list it's on, the figure you believe is wrong, and the source — the breeder's product page is ideal.
  • For a broken linkThe page you were on and the link you clicked. A screenshot is faster than a description.
  • For a privacy requestThe email address you subscribed with. We may ask you to confirm control of it before acting.
  • For anything elseA sentence about what you need. We'd rather read a short, clear email than a long one.

What to expect

  • 2 business daysTypical first reply.
  • 30 daysMaximum for any data request, as required by GDPR and CCPA.
  • CorrectionsVerified errors are fixed and noted on the page — whether or not the fix helps a store.
